Thank you for using CelebrateDroid! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CelebrateDroid on Slack and Microsoft Teams (collectively, the “Services”), provided by White Tower Software LLC. Understanding these terms is important, as they outline your rights and our obligations to you.

Binding Agreement

These Terms form a binding contract between you (the Customer) and CelebrateDroid. By using our Services, you confirm you have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

Use of CelebrateDroid

CelebrateDroid is designed to enhance team celebrations. Use of our bot implies compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws.

Subscription and Payment

CelebrateDroid offers a paid subscription plan that includes a 30-day trial. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, allowing usage for the remainder of the month. If a subscription is canceled and refunded, access is terminated immediately. Billing occurs monthly, covering the prior month's usage.

Auto-renewal and suspension

Unless specified otherwise by the service order form, all subscriptions automatically renew for further subscription terms of equivalent length, unless one party gives written notice to the other via email or customer support form at least 1 (one) day before the end of that subscription term that it does not want the term to renew. White Tower Software LLC reserves the right to suspend your ability to use the Services, without any liability, in case of the following circumstances:

• for scheduled or emergency Services maintenance;
• if we believe you are using the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law or we believe that your use implies a security risk to us;
• if required by governmental agencies or law enforcement bodies.

Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is paramount. We collect minimal data necessary for operation, focusing on security measures to protect this information. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee it due to the inherent nature of online operations.

Feedback

Your feedback is valuable for improving CelebrateDroid. By providing feedback, you grant us a license to use it without restrictions.

Warranties and Liabilities

The Services are provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from your use of CelebrateDroid.
